🏡 Strong Guelph Home Sales Reported in August

233 residential properties sold through the Multiple Listing System (MLS® System) within the City of Guelph in August, representing an increase of 6.84 per cent compared to the same month last year. Guelph home sales in August included 119 detached, and 34 condominium apartments. Sales also included 58 townhouses and semi-detached homes.

The average sale price of all residential properties sold in August increased by 6.84 per cent to $540,566 compared to August 2018. Detached homes sold for an average price of $622,566. During this same period, the average sale price for an apartment-style condominium was $354,127. Townhomes and semis sold for an average of $354,127 respectively.

The average days it took to sell a home in August was 28.
